Educational inclusion and student belonging have become central priorities in developing equitable and high-quality education systems. This paper examines the role of educational policies in fostering inclusive learning environments for students from diverse cultural, linguistic, socioeconomic, and ability backgrounds. It explores how institutional practices, curriculum design, teacher preparation, and school leadership contribute to students' sense of belonging and academic engagement. The study highlights persistent barriers, including discrimination, unequal resource distribution, and systemic inequities that limit educational participation. Policy recommendations emphasize culturally responsive teaching, inclusive curriculum development, equitable funding mechanisms, and continuous professional development for educators. Strengthening partnerships among schools, families, and communities is also identified as essential for sustaining inclusive educational environments. The paper concludes that comprehensive policy frameworks promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion can significantly improve student well-being, educational achievement, and social cohesion across educational settings.
