Abstract

Educational inclusion and student belonging have become central priorities in developing equitable and high-quality education systems. This paper examines the role of educational policies in fostering inclusive learning environments for students from diverse cultural, linguistic, socioeconomic, and ability backgrounds. It explores how institutional practices, curriculum design, teacher preparation, and school leadership contribute to students' sense of belonging and academic engagement.
