REPOSITORY POLICY
JMSHRAS has implemented a retention policy in Sherpa/Romeo, enabling authors to archive versions of their work in institutional or preferred repositories.
Furthermore, JMSHRAS maintains the following repository policy:
- Submitted Version : Authors are permitted to store their submitted manuscripts in personal repositories or repositories that are not publicly accessible, including platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Apple iCloud.
- Accepted Version : Authors may store accepted manuscripts in personal repositories or repositories that are not publicly accessible, including Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Apple iCloud.
- Published Version : Authors are permitted and encouraged to archive the published PDF version of their work in institutional repositories, personal repositories, and other repositories. The published version may be shared and used, including for commercial purposes, provided proper acknowledgment is given.
