Inclusive education extends beyond physical access to schools by ensuring that every student feels respected, valued, and connected within the learning community. This paper reviews policy approaches that promote educational inclusion for students representing diverse identities, including ethnic minorities, students with disabilities, multilingual learners, and economically disadvantaged populations. Drawing upon contemporary educational research, the study analyzes the effectiveness of inclusive teaching strategies, supportive school climates, and equitable policy implementation. It further discusses the importance of leadership, family engagement, and community collaboration in fostering belonging and reducing educational disparities. The findings suggest that inclusive policies are most effective when combined with continuous evaluation, adequate funding, and educator capacity-building initiatives. Developing inclusive educational systems ultimately strengthens academic success, psychological well-being, and long-term societal development.
